Services >> Boarding at Wizard of Paws

Wizard of Paws offers specialized and individualized care for your dog in our boarding area. We offer twenty-four hour care and only board a small number of dogs at a time to insure quality care. The dogs are kept in a suite for the evening and depending upon their restrictions are stimulated throughout the day with activities.

Many dogs with neurological problems stay with us for an extended period of time until they are able to walk independently or achieve their maximum status. In addition, rehabilitation services are offered throughout the day. A detailed plan of care is established after a thorough evaluation and assessment is performed. We understand that it is difficult to constantly care of dogs with special needs are we will gladly take the dog in for an extended periods of time.

Please email Deb for boarding availability and prices.

Buyer, a cute and loyal client

Dear Debbie,

Lisa and I are writing to thank you and Rhom for giving us something we never thought we could find anywhere.  Namely, peace of mind in leaving our beloved family member, Tut, in capable and caring hands.

Since August of 2007 our now 14 year old yellow lab has required our assistance in standing and walking.  With a 90 pounds frame it is no simple task.

In February 2008 we needed someone to provide Tut with care and love for ten days while we attended our son’s wedding.  This is something we have never asked anyone but ourselves to provide.  A referral brought us to Wizard of Paws.  After a one hour introduction visit we were convinced we found the right people to care for our friend.

After his ten day stay we were elated to pick him up and see his improved stamina in walking that the physical therapy sessions provided.  Also the bonding between Tut and your daughter Lilah convinced us that this is the family atmosphere we hoped it would be.  We have entrusted you with twice since then.  Your suggestion to extend his hydro therapy with life vested ocean swimming has improved his mobility and quality of life.

We are now able to think about travel and other commitments away from home knowing that Tut can receive the attention and affection that a fourteen year old K-9 family member needs and deserves from his new extended family.

With our deepest gratitude,

Lisa, Steve & Tut Siderewicz
